Q: What should I do if the promo code doesn’t work?
A: If your promo code isn’t working, try the following steps:
- Check if you redeemed another promo code first
Amazon only allows one promo code per order. If you clicked “Redeem” on another code (such as an on-page Amazon promotion), it may block the VIPON code.
- Make sure you selected the correct product variation.
Some promo codes are valid only for specific colors, sizes, or styles. Double-check that you selected the exact variation shown in the VIPON listing.
- If the code is expired, invalid, or not yet begun,
You can scroll down to the product page on VIPON and leave a comment or report the issue. The seller will be notified and is expected to fix the problem quickly. If the issue isn’t resolved on time, please contact us at support@myvipon.com. We’ll follow up with the seller or remove the product if necessary.
Note: Promo codes may expire, be limited in quantity, or start at a scheduled time. For best results, use the code shortly after claiming it.
