Q: What if my coupon code does not work?
If you receive a red error message when applying a discount code, please check that the applied promotion is recorded in the order summary to confirm that the discount has been deducted. If not, please take note and provide feedback by commenting or reporting the deal listing. Your comment/report will be sent to the Amazon seller who posted the deal, and the seller will correct the issue when notified. However, if the seller does not address the matter immediately, Vipon will step in and ask the seller to resolve the issue if necessary.
